Joseph Barrato

Joe is CEO and co-founder of Arrow Investment Advisors, LLC, the advisor to Arrow Funds and ArrowShares. His industry experience of more than 25 years includes six years at Rydex Investments. As Director of Product Development, he was responsible for researching new strategic opportunities, as well as creating high-quality and innovative investment products and services. Prior to Rydex, Joe spent 12 years at the Federal Reserve Board of Governors as an analyst and senior financial examiner, where he advised Fed officers and board officials on financial, operational and managerial enhancements. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from The George Washington University, where he majored in finance and minored in accounting.
Martin H. Bergin

Mr. Bergin, who has a deep background in finance and business management, has been with the firm since 1997 and has been President since 2007. In 2015, after a 5-year succession plan, Mr. Bergin took over sole ownership of the firm from his longtime friend and mentor, William A. Dunn. Mr. Bergin oversees all mission-critical operations of DUNN Capital. He directs the research and development as well as the construction and management of the firm’s managed futures portfolios. He also manages all operational and financial activities of DUNN.
John Lewis

Mr. Lewis joined Dorsey Wright Money Management in 2002. As Senior Portfolio Manager, he is responsible for investment strategy across DWA’s funds, ETFs and SMA accounts. He has worked in the investment industry since 1994. Mr. Lewis is one of the foremost experts on relative strength investing and has authored several original research papers on the subject. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of San Diego and an MBA from the University of Southern California.
Jon Guyer

Jon joined Arrow Investment Advisors in October 2013 after spending seven years with Longview Funds Management, LLC. During his tenure at Longview, he served the Principal, Director of Research and Chief Investment Officer of the firm. Prior to Longview, Jon spent seven years as the head of the Proprietary Hedge Fund Group of Alex Brown & Sons, Inc., followed by five years serving as the head of Alternative Investment Product Development for Legg Mason Wood Walker, Inc. Prior to transitioning to investment management, he spent eight years as a senior audit manager for commercial banks and trust companies. Jon earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of North Carolina-Wilmington.
