Tom Dorsey co-founded Dorsey, Wright & Associates in January 1987. Mr. Dorsey has over 40 years of experience in the financial services business, having started as a stock broker with Merrill Lynch Pierce Fenner & Smith in 1974. He is the author of nine books with subject matter ranges from the Point & Figure methodology to motivational topics, and is regularly quoted in the financial media. Mr. Dorsey is an award winning speaker and has taught the Point & Figure method of investing around the globe. Additionally, he has been recognized for his business acumen with various awards including the Citizens Community Award from Governor Charles Robb, Runner-up Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award 1999, Runner-up Best Small Business of Richmond, VA 2000, and Alumni of the Year 2000, Virginia Commonwealth University as well as Star Alumni Virginia Commonwealth University 2015. He was also recently recognized as a Market Technicians Association “Living Legend.” In 2015, Dorsey, Wright & Associates was bought by Nasdaq.

Paul S. Kim, CFA

Managing Director - ETF Strategy

Paul is currently a managing director with Principal Global Investors focused on the launch and growth of Principal’s global ETF business. Paul is responsible for Principal’s ETF strategy including ETF product development, infrastructure, and distribution and marketing. In this role Paul also manages relationships with ETF market makers, intermediaries, investors and service providers. Prior to joining PGI in 2015 he was a senior vice president and product manager at PIMCO’s Newport Beach, California office where he helped establish and build PIMCO's ETF business. He received a bachelor’s degree in economics from Dartmouth College and a MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He has earned the right to use the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Mark R. Nebelung, CFA

Mark Nebelung is a portfolio manager for Principal Global Equities, based in London. He serves as a portfolio manager for global, international and regional strategies. Mark co-leads and is an active contributor to the firm's global research and development team, responsible for model development and testing, proprietary technologies, risk management analytics and systematic strategies. Mark joined the firm in 1997 and has served as a member of the equities team since 2003, having previously been based in the U.S. and Japan. His background also includes prior actuarial and investment positions in Canada and Australia. Mark received bachelor's degrees in actuarial science and statistics from the University of Waterloo, Canada. Mark has earned the right to use the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the CFA Institute. He is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA), a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (FIA) and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA).

Jeffrey A. Schwarte, CFA

Jeff is a portfolio manager at Principal Global Equities and co-leads the Global Systematic Solutions team. He is responsible for development and implementation of stock selection models, risk models, portfolio construction tools and proprietary analytics that support fundamental research analysts and portfolio managers. Jeff is a co-portfolio manager of the dynamic risk premia, active quantitative and thematic strategies. He also oversees the management of enhanced index exclusion strategies and full replication passive strategies. He joined the equities group in 2000 as an analyst, and named a U.S. equity portfolio manager in 2001. He has been with Principal since 1993, holding various positions with the firm such as investment accountant and auditor. He received a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Northern Iowa. Jeff has earned the right to use the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. He is a Certified Internal Auditor and a Fellow of the Life Management Institute (FLMI). Jeff is a member of the CFA Society of Iowa and the CFA Institute.

Carlos Villarreal

Carlos is Vice President & Manager for Guggenheim Investments’ ETF Knowledge Center. In this capacity, he collaborates with index providers, portfolio managers and liquidity providers to ensure the best possible client experience. Carlos served in the United States Peace Corps promoting economic development in Paraguay. He received a B.A. degree in Business Administration from Augustana College and an MBA in Finance and Economics from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Cameron Lilja is the Director of Product Development for Nasdaq Global Information Services. He is responsible for the development of innovative, market-leading indexes, including the research and content generation necessary to support a successful index launch. He has been a featured speaker and panelist at industry events, discussing topics from smart beta to stock buybacks. Cameron previously served as a Senior Analyst for Nasdaq’s Economic and Statistical Research team where he had the opportunity to advise all Nasdaq business lines while working on initiatives in the U.S. and Europe to improve market structure, encourage capital formation, and enhance trading efficiency.
Prior to joining Nasdaq, Cameron worked as a research analyst at Economists Incorporated and RBB Economics. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Mathematics with a minor in Economics from Dickinson College.
