Now On Demand

Join us for MacKay Municipal Managers’ annual “Top 5 Muni Market Insights”. According to MacKay Municipal Managers, 2025 will be a year of getting “back to normal” for the municipal market. For the first time in years, we expect a more orderly market environment that fosters investor confidence while offering compelling tax-equivalent yields. Many investors remain underexposed to municipals, with household investments in municipals down 2% over the past five years, while investments in Treasuries and Equities have surged. Now is the time to reallocate and take advantage of historically higher tax-exempt yields.

Key discussion points will include:

  • Why 2025 offers an ideal opportunity for reallocation into municipals.
  • The importance of using research-driven strategies for high-yield opportunities.
  • Why reallocating cash into the shorter yield curve may enhance performance.
