Summary:

Now On Demand.

An unprecedented flight to cash in response to worldwide concerns over the coronavirus (COVID-19), compounded by the energy price war between Saudi Arabia and Russia has triggered some of the largest spread widening across securitized sectors since the 2008 crisis. In the securitized space, where every CUSIP has a story, the uniqueness of each bond brings complexity and amplifies opportunities in times of market turbulence.

Join the discussion on opportunities across the securitized credit universe. We will cover Voya Investment Management’s:

  • Take on the current backdrop for the agency mortgage-backed securities market, the potential impact from recent actions by the Federal Reserve, and what investors should be looking for as they evaluate the agency mortgage-backed securities space.
  • Views on the backdrop across the sub-sectors of securitized credit – including non-agency residential mortgage-backed securities (both legacy and CRTs), commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS), asset-backed securities (ABS) and collateralized loan obligations (CLOs).
