Ari Rastegar is the Founder and CEO of Rastegar Property Company, LLC (“Rastegar Property Company”), a technology focused private equity real estate company based in Austin, TX. As an entrepreneur, he has built portfolios as an investor, developer and manager spanning 38 cities and 13 states encompassing over 5,000,000 sq ft of properties. Since launching Rastegar Property Company, Ari has led the firm by building portfolios of multi-family properties specializing in vintage apartment complexes and acquiring key land locations for development into multi-family and commercial properties. Prior to Rastegar Property Company, Ari successfully launched and managed multiple private equity funds designed for institutional and high net worth investors. The funds focused on providing income and growth while effectively managing risk in building private equity and real estate portfolios. He has also been active in working with other real estate professionals to provide capital and partner on projects across multiple asset classes including multi-family, self-storage, office, retail and industrial. Through all his efforts, Ari has developed a professional and personal network that provides his unique access to select real estate opportunities and capital sources.

Ari is a graduate of Texas A&M and went on to receive his Juris Doctorate degree from St. Mary’s University Law School. He was licensed by the State Bar of Texas in 2009 and is currently in good standing. Originally from Austin Texas, he has spent time building his career in New York, Los Angeles and Dallas only to come back to Austin to launch Rastegar Property Company. He currently resides in Austin spending his free time with his wife and three children as well as operating as Chairman for the Rastegar Family Foundation.
