Chris is a fixed income portfolio manager at City Different Investments with over forty years of industry experience. Previously Chris was a portfolio manager and head of the municipal bond team at Thornburg Investment Management. Before that, he was a portfolio manager at Vanguard and led the long-term municipal bond team. Chris has experience managing portfolios along the yield curve and across the credit spectrum, from investment grade to high yield. In his prior roles, he was instrumental in developing and executing inter market derivative strategies. Chris has a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Villanova University and an MBA from Drexel University.
Sweta SinghFounding Partner and Portfolio ManagerCity Different Investments
Sweta is a fixed income portfolio manager at City Different Investments with more than twenty years of industry experience. Previously, she was a portfolio manager at Wilkins Investment Counsel Inc., where she ran multi asset bond portfolios, managing trades, researching corporate bonds, taxable and tax-exempt municipal bonds, agencies, and treasuries. Prior to Wilkins, Sweta was an associate portfolio manager at Thornburg Investment Management on the municipal bond desk. Sweta started her career in research. She was VP of research at Breckinridge Capital Advisors and held research roles at Income Research & Management and Wellington Management. Sweta holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Massachusetts (summa cum laude), a Master of Public Affairs from the University of Texas at Austin, where she received the Barbara Jordan fellowship, and an MBA in finance from the State University of New York.
