Matt Eagan is a portfolio manager and co-head of the full discretion team at Loomis, Sayles & Company. He is also a member of the firm’s Board of Directors. Matt has 33 years of investment industry experience as a portfolio manager and fixed income analyst.

Michael Gladchun is an associate portfolio manager on the relative return team at Loomis, Sayles & Company, where he helps oversee the core plus fixed income strategy. Additionally, he is a co-portfolio manager for the Loomis Sayles active US Treasury strategies. Michael has been a co-leader of the US yield curve sector team since 2014. He joined Loomis Sayles in 2004 as a global settlements administrator and joined the trading desk in 2006. Michael was promoted to director of US rates trading in 2020 and joined the relative return team in 2021 as a senior strategist, responsible for macro positioning, portfolio structure and sector allocation. Prior to Loomis Sayles, he was a bank specialist for the international trade support team at Putnam Investments. Michael earned a BA from the University of Vermont and an MBA from Boston University. |

Mark Cintolo is part of the Portfolio Analysis & Consulting team that provides portfolio construction consultation to institutional and wealth advisory clients. He has over 15 years of investment industry experience, spent primarily modeling and communicating quantitative concepts impacting asset allocation and portfolio risk management. Prior to joining Natixis, Mark was a senior research consultant in NEPC’s Asset Allocation group. He served previously as an associate in Towers Perrin’s retirement practice and as a structured finance analyst for US Bank.
