Advyzon’s Srinivasan On Enhancing Technology For Complex Family Offices

Kartik Srinivasan, President of Advyzon Institutional, joined Keith Black, Managing Director of RIA Channel, to discuss how technology platforms can be used to increase trust in the financial services industry.

Srinivasan joined Advyzon in early 2024 to lead a new Advyzon Institutional business that was created to meet the needs of advisors serving the ultra-high-net-worth segment. Advyzon recently introduced the Auria platform, which includes all of the functionality of Advyzon, plus additional services for family offices, such as the tracking of trusts and complex entities and the tracking of alternative investments.

Surveys regarding consumer trust across industries ranks financial services relatively low and technology is one of the highest. Technology can provide advisors with an opportunity to build trust with their clients. That trust can be built through personal relationships and customized advice, which can be prompted through the use of a customer relationship management (CRM) platform that anticipates the client needs. Advisors should use the data and technology they have to proactively reach out to clients.
