Joseph Barrato (JB) has over 25 years of experience in the investment management industry, including six years with Rydex Investments. As the director of research, he developed models and algorithms and was responsible for helping them pioneer their ETF and active alternative products, including the industry’s first smart beta ETF (Ticker: RSP). Before Rydex, Mr. Barrato spent 12 years at the FRB during Alan Greenspan’s tenure; JB founded Arrow Funds in 2006, where he developed several successful commercial solutions, products, and strategies for the mutual fund and ETF industry. JB is a portfolio manager, which includes Arrow’s 5-star Tactical Macro Fund.

Jenny Kellams is Director, Investment Strategy. She is primarily responsible for marketing and distributing DUNN strategies to family offices and financial advisors. Ms. Kellams joined DUNN in 2011. She earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Pace University in 1999. Before joining DUNN, Ms. Kellams had a 12-year career in the securities industry as a financial advisor, owning her investment management firm, JK Financial Group, from 2003 until she sold it in 2011.
