Frank Kelly is the Founder and Managing Partner of Fulcrum Macro Advisors LLC, a political risk advisory firm based in Washington, DC. Frank began his career as a writer for President Ronald Reagan and went on to serve in the White House Office of Political Affairs. Frank joined Deutsche Bank in 2003 as the Bank’s first Head of Government Affairs and Chief Political Strategist. In this role he advised the Bank’s top institutional clients globally on US and geopolitical issues. Mr. Kelly is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and the International Institute for Strategic Studies.
John O’Connor John O’Connor Chairman and CEO, J.H. Whitney Investment Management

John O’Connor has served as Chairman of J.H. Whitney Investment Management, LLC since January 2005. Mr. O’Connor is a Senior Fellow at the US Military Academy at West Point where he lectures on the Economics of National Security. He served as a member of the US Department of Defense Business Board from 2005 to 2021 and as a Civilian Aide to the Secretary of the Army for New York from 2014 to 2019.

Amanda Rebello, CFA, CESGA, joined DWS in 2015 and is currently the head of Xtrackers sales for US Onshore. Prior to her current role, she headed the Xtrackers and wholesale sales teams at DWS for the UK, Ireland, and Channel Islands, based out of London. Miss Rebello graduated from the University of Oxford with an MA (Hons) in Mathematics.
