Ms. Adamson is a Partner and Co-Head of Distribution within Ares Wealth Management Solutions, which oversees Ares' client management activities in the global wealth channel. Prior to joining Ares in 2021, she was a Managing Director, Head of Institutional Sales and Investor Relations at Black Creek Capital Markets, where she oversaw fundraising and relationship management for institutional investors, large registered independent advisors, family offices and ultra-high net worth individuals. Previously, Ms. Adamson served as a Director on the Hedge Fund Capital Introduction Team at Deutsche Bank, where she advised global hedge funds and asset managers on fundraising initiatives across strategies, and was responsible for covering institutional investors, family offices and funds of funds across the UK, Scandinavia and Switzerland. During her career at Deutsche Bank, Ms. Adamson authored the company's annual Alternative Investment Survey. Ms. Adamson began her career at Citigroup within their prime finance sales team. Ms. Adamson holds a B.A. from Princeton University in History and an M.B.A. from Oxford University Saïd Business School.

Mr. Arougheti is a Co-Founder of Ares and the Chief Executive Officer and President, as well as a Director of Ares Management Corporation. He is a member of the Ares Executive Management Committee, the Ares Enterprise Risk Committee and is on the Board of Directors of the Ares Charitable Foundation. He additionally serves as Co-Chairman of Ares Capital Corporation ("ARCC"), Co-Chairman of Ares Acquisition Corporation II ("AACT") and as a director of Ares Commercial Real Estate Corporation ("ACRE"). Mr. Arougheti also is a member of the Ares Credit Group's U.S. Direct Lending and Pathfinder Investment Committees, the Ares Equity Income Opportunity Strategy Portfolio Review Committee and the Ares Sports, Media and Entertainment Investment Committee. Prior to joining Ares in 2004, Mr. Arougheti was employed by Royal Bank of Canada ("RBC") from 2001 to 2004, where he was a Managing Partner of the Principal Finance Group of RBC Capital Partners and a member of the firm's Mezzanine Investment Committee. Mr. Arougheti oversaw an investment team that originated, managed and monitored a diverse portfolio of middle-market leveraged loans, senior and junior subordinated debt, preferred equity and common stock and warrants on behalf of RBC and other third-party institutional investors. Mr. Arougheti joined RBC in October 2001 from Indosuez Capital, where he was a Principal and an Investment Committee member, responsible for originating, structuring and executing leveraged transactions across a broad range of products and asset classes. Prior to joining Indosuez in 1994, Mr. Arougheti worked at Kidder, Peabody & Co., where he was a member of the firm's Mergers and Acquisitions Group. Mr. Arougheti also serves on the board of directors of Operation HOPE, a not-for-profit organization focused on expanding economic opportunity in underserved communities through education and empowerment. Additionally, he is a member of the PATH Organization Leadership Council. Mr. Arougheti received a B.A. in Ethics, Politics and Economics, cum laude, from Yale University.

Mr. Dhanda is a Partner and Global Head of Wealth Management within Ares Wealth Management Solutions, which oversees product development, distribution, marketing, and client management activities across Ares' investment offerings in the global wealth management channel. Prior to joining Ares in 2021, he was the Chief Executive Officer at Black Creek Group, which he joined in 2016 as President before being named Chief Executive Officer in April 2018. Mr. Dhanda also serves on the Board of Directors for Black Creek Diversified Property Fund Inc. and as Co-President of both Black Creek Diversified Property Fund Inc. and Black Creek Industrial REIT IV Inc. While at Black Creek, Mr. Dhanda led the evolution to a one firm brand as Black Creek Group, and oversaw significant capital raise, acquisitions and developments. Previously, Mr. Dhanda spent 26 years at Morgan Stanley, where he held a variety of leadership roles, including leading key divisions of their institutional and wealth management platforms, Head of Investment Products and Services for their wealth management division, and serving on the Executive and Operating Committees for their wealth management division. Throughout his career at Morgan Stanley, Mr. Dhanda helped develop strategies for changing regulations and technology to advance the company's wealth management channels. Mr. Dhanda serves on the Brown University Real Estate Group Advisory Board. He holds a B.A. from Brown University in Economics and Organizational Behavior & Management.

Mr. Derman is a Partner and Co-Head of Ares Infrastructure Opportunities. Additionally, he serves on the Ares Infrastructure Opportunities Investment Committee and the Ares Climate Infrastructure Partners Investment Committee. As the Co-Head of Infrastructure Opportunities at Ares, he oversees all aspects of strategy, origination, capital deployment and portfolio management across the infrastructure industry. In 2015, Mr. Derman joined Ares Management through the firm's acquisition of Energy Investors Funds, where he was a Partner and had worked for 10 years. From 2002-2005, he was a Manager of Corporate Development at PSEG Power, where he focused on the acquisition and development of power generation and transmission projects as well as spending significant time in the company's commodity trading and international businesses. In addition, Mr. Derman worked as a Senior Financial Analyst in the Acquisition and Development Group at Sunterra Corporation, a publicly traded real estate and resort company. He began his career as a Financial Analyst at Smith Barney, where he was a member of the mergers and acquisitions group. Mr. Derman is a member of the Board of Directors of a number of portfolio companies including Apex Clean Energy and Swell Energy. Mr. Derman also serves on the Board of Visitors at Duke University's Nicholas School of the Environment. Mr. Derman holds a B.A., cum laude, from Duke University in Political Science and an M.B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School in Entrepreneurial Management.

Mr. Fazekas is a Partner and Head of Ares Industrial Management in Ares Real Estate, where he focuses on U.S. industrial real estate equity. Mr. Fazekas is also a member of the Ares Real Estate Global Investment Committee. Prior to joining Ares in 2021, he was a Senior Managing Director, Chief Investment Officer, Industrial at Black Creek Group. In this role, Mr. Fazekas oversaw the sourcing and execution of all industrial investments for the firm. Previously, Mr. Fazekas was a Principal at Panattoni Development, where he focused on the Northeast Region. In addition, he was Director of Acquisitions at RREEF Management and was the Director for the real estate equity at ZAIS Group. Mr. Fazekas is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and the New York University Real Estate Alumni Association. Mr. Fazekas holds a B.S. from Rutgers University in Business and Economics and an M.S. from New York University in Real Estate Finance and Investments.

Mr. Gans-Lartey is a Principal within Ares Wealth Management Solutions, which oversees Ares' client management activities in the global wealth channel. Prior to joining Ares in 2022, Mr. Gans-Lartey was a Senior Product Specialist in the Private Wealth Solutions Group at Blackstone, where he focused on credit strategies. Previously, Mr. Gans-Lartey was a Vice President in the Alternative Investments and Manager Selection (AIMS) Group at Goldman Sachs, where he focused on the group's hedge fund platform. In addition, Mr. Gans-Lartey was a Product Executive at Schroders across their London and New York offices. Mr. Gans-Lartey holds a B.S. (First Class Hons) from the University of Warwick, U.K. in Philosophy, Politics and Economics. Mr. Gans-Lartey is a CFA® charterholder.

Mr. Glaubach is a Partner and Co-Head of US Investments in Ares Real Estate. Mr. Glaubach is a member of the Ares Real Estate Global Investment Committee. Additionally, Mr. Glaubach serves on the Ares Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council. Mr. Glaubach joined Ares in 2014 from DLJ Real Estate Capital Partners, where he ran the Los Angeles office. He previously worked in investment banking in New York, London and Frankfurt. Mr. Glaubach has served on the Board of Directors of Montage Hotels & Resorts and as an Adjunct Professor of Real Estate at the University of Southern California. He holds a B.A. from Harvard College, a J.D. from Harvard Law School and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Mr. Goldstein is a Partner and Co-Head of the Ares Credit Group. He serves on the Ares Executive Management Committee. He additionally serves as Co-President of ARCC and Vice President and interested trustee of CION Ares Diversified Credit Fund. He is a member of the Ares Credit Group's U.S. Direct Lending, Commercial Finance, Pathfinder and the Ivy Hill Asset Management Investment Committees and the Ares Infrastructure Debt Investment Committee. Prior to joining Ares Management in May 2005, Mr. Goldstein worked at Credit Suisse First Boston, where he was a Managing Director in the Financial Sponsors Group. At CSFB, Mr. Goldstein was responsible for providing investment banking services to private equity funds and hedge funds with a focus on M&A and restructurings as well as capital raisings, including high yield, bank debt, mezzanine debt, and IPOs. Mr. Goldstein joined CSFB in 2000 at the completion of the merger with Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. From 1998 to 2000, Mr. Goldstein was at Indosuez Capital, where he was a member of the Investment Committee and a Principal, responsible for originating, structuring and executing leveraged transactions across a broad range of products and asset classes. From 1993 to 1998, Mr. Goldstein worked at Bankers Trust. He also serves on the Board of Managers of Ivy Hill Asset Management GP, LLC. Mr. Goldstein graduated summa cum laude from the State University of New York at Binghamton with a B.S. in Accounting and received an M.B.A. from Columbia University's Graduate School of Business.

Mr. Graves is a Partner, Co-Head of Private Equity Group, Portfolio Manager and Head of Special Opportunities. He serves as a member of the Ares Executive Management Committee and the Ares Private Equity Group's Corporate Opportunities Investment Committee and Special Opportunities Investment Committee, as well as the Ares Direct Lending Group Specialty Healthcare Investment Committee. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Board for Savers Value Village, Inc. and serves on the boards of Altafiber, Infrastructure and Energy Alternatives Inc., McLaren Automotive Group and Vmo Aircraft Leasing Group, LLC. Prior to joining Ares in 2017, Mr. Graves spent over 15 years in various capacities as a senior executive and investment professional for Oaktree Capital Management, L.P. From 2013 through 2016, Mr. Graves served as Oaktree's Head of Credit Strategies and Portfolio Manager of Multi-Strategy Credit. He was responsible for a substantial portion of Oaktree's credit platform, managed investment portfolios spanning the breadth of Oaktree's credit strategies and was active in Oaktree corporate management, serving on the Capital and Risk Management Board, the Senior Leadership Counsel, the Product Governance Board and the Project Steering Committee. From 2001 through 2013, Mr. Graves was an investment professional in Oaktree's Opportunities Funds, Value Opportunities Fund and Strategic Credit Funds strategies, where he served as a Portfolio Manager. Mr. Graves also managed Oaktree's corporate and strategic development group, leading the firm's product step-outs into emerging market credit, strategic credit, value equities, infrastructure, the enhanced income strategies, structured credit and senior secured lending. Prior to joining Oaktree, Mr. Graves served as a Principal in William E. Simon & Sons' private equity group and as an Analyst at Merrill Lynch & Company in the mergers and acquisitions group. Additionally, Mr. Graves worked at Price Waterhouse LLP in the audit business services division. Mr. Graves holds a B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles, in History and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he currently serves on the Wharton School Graduate Executive Board. He holds a CPA license (inactive).

Mr. Holsinger is a Partner, Portfolio Manager and Co-Head of Alternative Credit in the Ares Credit Group. Mr. Holsinger serves as a member of the Ares Credit Group's Alternative Credit Executive Committee and the Alternative Credit, Pathfinder and Pathfinder Core Investment Committees. He also serves as a member of the Ares Secondaries Group's Private Equity Investment Committee. Prior to joining Ares in 2019, Mr. Holsinger was a Partner at Fortress Investment Group in the Credit Group, where he served on the Management Committee of Fortress and the Investment Committee for the Credit Funds. He also co-headed Illiquid Credit, which included leading the Direct Lending, Structured Equity, Net Lease, Structured Finance and Energy Groups at Fortress and focused on tactical and opportunistic direct investments across all asset classes, industries and geographies. Previously, Mr. Holsinger was a Founding Partner of Atalaya Capital Management, where he co-headed the investment committee. Additionally, Mr. Holsinger held prior positions within financial services at Navigant Consulting, American Commercial Capital (subsequently acquired by Wells Fargo) and Citigroup. He currently serves on a number of corporate boards and advisory groups. Mr. Holsinger is also active in a number of charities, with a particular focus on global health and education, which includes serving on the board of directors of PATH Global Health. Mr. Holsinger holds a B.A. from California State Fullerton in Business Management and Administration, with an emphasis in Finance.

Mr. Rich Hossfeld is currently co-CEO and a member of the board of directors for SB Energy, a leading U.S. renewable independent power producer headquartered in Redwood City California. In addition to serving on the ESS Board of Directors, Mr. Hossfeld also currently serves on the board of directors of Electric Hydrogen Co. and Breakthrough Energy Catalyst. Prior to joining SB Energy, he was a partner at True North Venture Partners and acted as vice president for several global renewable energy providers, including First Solar, where he helped launch First Solar’s North America commercial and project development business in 2007. He started his career as a corporate law associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP in New York. Mr. Hossfeld has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics and Government from Claremont McKenna College and a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Duke University School of Law.

Mr. Humber is a Partner in the Ares Secondaries Group, where he focuses on private equity secondaries. He also serves as a member the Ares Secondaries Group's Private Equity Investment Committee. Prior to joining Ares in 2021, he was a Partner in the Private Equity Group at Landmark Partners, where he focused on secondary private equity investment activities including origination, negotiation, and structuring of transactions, as well as capital raising. He had a direct role in investing across various transaction types, including direct secondaries, fund recapitalizations, portfolio acquisitions, preferred structures and primary commitments and assisted with management of Landmark's direct private equity investments. Previously, Mr. Humber was a Principal at Boston Capital Private Equity Partners, where he focused primarily on direct private equity investments in structured minority and control transactions. In addition, Mr. Humber was an Associate at Triumph Capital Group. Mr. Humber began his career as an Analyst in the Investment Banking Group at Salomon Smith Barney. Mr. Humber holds a B.A. from Brown University, where he double majored in International Relations and Business, and Entrepreneurship and Organizations.

Ms. Jones is a Managing Director within Ares Wealth Management Solutions, which oversees Ares' client management activities in the global wealth channel. Prior to joining Ares in 2021, Ms. Jones was a Director at UBS Financial Services, where she was responsible for driving the strategic direction of the private markets platform for the global wealth management business. Ms. Jones oversaw the sourcing and underwriting of private equity, private credit and real asset funds in this role. Previously, Ms. Jones served as Head of the UBS Alternative Investments Sales Desk. Ms. Jones holds a B.A. from Duke University in Political Science. She is a CFA® charterholder.

Mr. McCurdy is a Managing Director, Global Head of Investment Strategy within Ares Wealth Management Solutions, which oversees Ares' client management activities in the global wealth channel. Prior to joining Ares in 2022, Mr. McCurdy was a Senior Portfolio Manager at Partners Group in Denver, where he focused on building and managing private markets custom separate accounts and evergreen funds. Previously, Mr. McCurdy was the Head of International Portfolio Solutions and Head of International Product Strategy at Goldman Sachs in Chicago, New York and London. In addition, Mr. McCurdy was a Financial Advisor at Ameriprise Financial. Mr. McCurdy holds a B.A. from Hillsdale College in Finance and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Mr. Miller is a Partner, Portfolio Manager and Co-Head of U.S. Direct Lending in the Ares Credit Group. He serves as the President of Ares Strategic Income Fund and is a member of the Ares Credit Group's U.S. Direct Lending Investment Committee. He also serves on the Investment Committee and co-leads the Ares Sports, Media and Entertainment strategy. As part of this strategy, he currently serves as a board member for Atletico de Madrid and Eagle Football. Prior to joining Ares in 2006, Mr. Miller was a Vice President at Silver Point Capital, where he focused on building its sponsor finance business, which led the firm's middle market financing and principal investing. Previously, Mr. Miller was a Vice President at GE Capital, where he was responsible for a variety of investing and investment banking services to private equity funds including high yield, bank debt, mezzanine debt and rescue financing. Mr. Miller holds a B.A. from Fairfield University in Economics and an M.B.A. from Columbia University's Graduate School of Business.

Mr. Schnabel is a Partner in the Ares Credit Group and serves as Co-Head for U.S. Direct Lending, serving on the U.S. Direct Lending Investment Committee. Additionally, he serves as Co-President of Ares Capital Corporation (Nasdaq: ARCC). He also serves on the Ares Sports, Media and Entertainment Investment Committee and acts as a co-lead for the strategy. Prior to joining Ares in 2001, Mr. Schnabel was in the Corporate Development Group at Walker Digital Corporation, a business and technology research and development firm, where he was responsible for corporate finance, merger and acquisition and strategic planning activities. Previously, Mr. Schnabel was in the Corporate Finance Group at Morgan Stanley, where he performed financial analyses for mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts and equity/debt offerings. Mr. Schnabel holds a B.A., cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania in Economics.

Mr. Sheinkop is a Principal within Ares Wealth Management Solutions, which oversees Ares' client management activities in the global wealth channel. Prior to joining Ares in 2023, Mr. Sheinkop was a Vice President in the Merchant Banking Division at Goldman Sachs, where he focused on direct private infrastructure and buyout private equity. Previously, Mr. Sheinkop was an Analyst in the Investment Management Division at Goldman Sachs, where he focused on asset allocation and portfolio analysis for high net worth and institutional clients. Mr. Sheinkop holds a B.B.A. in International Business and Finance and a G.Cert. in Budget and Public Finance from The George Washington University.

Ms. Solomon is a Partner and Co-Head of Ares Real Estate. She is responsible for leading the business strategy and operations of the Ares' global real estate platform. She is a member of Ares Management Corporation's Operating Committee and the Global Real Estate and Global Debt Investment Committees. Prior to joining Ares in 2013, Ms. Solomon was a Partner at AREA Property Partners. Previously, Ms. Solomon was with JP Morgan where she worked in the Alternative Investments group. Ms. Solomon is a member of New York Women Executives in Real Estate (WX) and the Pension Real Estate Association (PREA), and she sits on the Advisory Board of NYPEN Real Estate and the Advisory Board of the Penn Arts and Sciences' Professional Women's Alliance. Ms. Solomon holds a B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania in History and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Prior to joining Ares in 2025, when GLP Capital Partners International was acquired by Ares, Mr. Steele was the Global President of GLP Capital Partners and responsible for the management and oversight of GCPs global strategy, investments and operations.  Previously, Mr. Steele was a Partner at Kirkland & Ellis based in London where he focused on private equity mergers and acquisitions (public and private), and before this was a Partner at Freshfields in London.  Mr. Steele holds a LLB and BCom (Finance major) from Bond University in Australia.

Mr. Swensen is a Principal within Ares Wealth Management Solutions, which oversees Ares' client management activities in the global wealth channel. Prior to joining Ares in 2023, Mr. Swensen was a Vice President and Product Specialist at Blackstone, where he focused on capital raising activities in the private equity markets. Previously, Mr. Swensen was an Analyst at BlackRock. He holds a B.S. from Penn State University in Economics.

Mr. Walton is a Partner and Head of Private Equity in the Ares Secondaries Group. Mr. Walton serves as a member of the Ares Private Equity Group's Energy Opportunities and Extended Value Investment Committees, the Ares Infrastructure Group's Climate Infrastructure Partners Investment Committee, the Ares Secondaries Group's Private Equity Investment Committee and the Ares Sports, Media and Entertainment Investment Committee. He joined the Firm in 2006. Mr. Walton holds a B.A. from Princeton University in Politics and an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Mr. Simpson is a Principal within Ares Wealth Management Solutions, which oversees Ares' client management activities in the global wealth channel. Prior to joining Ares in 2025, Mr. Simpson was a Director of BlackRock, where he held various roles during his tenure. Recently, he was a Senior Portfolio Manager in the Private Debt division, where he managed multi-private debt portfolios, led an investment council and authored private debt thought leadership. Previously, he was a Senior Investment Strategist in the BlackRock Investment Institute, where he focused on multi-asset class & asset allocation research in addition to authoring thought leadership. He holds a dual B.S. from Marist College in Mathematics & Finance. Mr. Simpson holds a CAIA designation and is a CFA^® charterholder.
