Jason Bloom Jason Bloom Director, Global Macro ETF Strategy Invesco

Jason Bloom is the Director of Global Macro ETF Strategy for Invesco’s family of exchange-traded funds (ETFs). In his role, Mr. Bloom is responsible for providing a macro market outlook across all asset classes globally, in addition to leading the team’s specialized efforts in fixed income, commodity, currency, water and clean energy, and alternatives research and strategy. He joined Invesco in 2015. Prior to joining Invesco, Mr. Bloom served as an ETF strategist for six years with Guggenheim Investments and then River Oak ETF Solutions, where he helped launch several funds focused on both energy and volatility-related strategies. Previously, he spent eight years as a professional commodities trader specializing in arbitrage strategies in both the energy and US Treasury markets. Mr. Bloom earned a BA degree in economics from Gustavus Adolphus College and a JD from the University of Iowa College of Law. He holds the Series 7, 24 and 63 registrations.

Laurie Brignac, CFA® Laurie Brignac, CFA® Chief Investment Officer, Head of Invesco Global Liquidity Invesco

Laurie Brignac is Chief Investment Officer and Head of Invesco’s Global Liquidity team. In this role, she is responsible for providing senior management oversight of Invesco’s liquidity products in the US, EMEA (Europe, the Middle East, and Africa), and Asia Pacific regions. Ms. Brignac joined Invesco in 1992 as a money market trader and was promoted to investment officer in 1994 and senior portfolio manager in 2002. Her duties have expanded to include all forms of short-term fixed income products, including money market and short-duration funds. Prior to joining the firm, she was a sales assistant for HSBC Securities Inc. She began her career as a money market trader responsible for managing the Federal Reserve position at Premier Bank in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Ms. Brignac has been in the investment industry since 1989. Ms. Brignac earned a BS degree in accounting from Louisiana State University. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA) charterholder and holds the Series 7, 63, and 79 registrations. Ms. Brignac has served as a member of the Tri-Party Repo Infrastructure Reform Task Force and participates in various industry committees, both in the US and globally.

Matt Brill, CFA® Matt Brill, CFA® Head of US Investment Grade Invesco Fixed Income

Matt Brill is Head of US Investment Grade for Invesco Fixed Income. In this role, he is responsible for implementing investment grade credit strategies across the fixed income platform. Mr. Brill joined Invesco in 2013 as a senior portfolio manager. Prior to joining the firm, he was a portfolio manager and vice president at ING Investment Management, where he specialized in investment grade credit and commercial mortgage-backed securities. Prior to that, he was a portfolio analyst at Wells Real Estate Funds. Mr. Brill has been in the industry since 2002. Mr. Brill earned a BA degree in economics at Washington and Lee University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA) charterholder.

Mark Paris Mark Paris Chief Investment Officer, Head of Municipal Strategies Invesco Fixed Income

Mark Paris is Chief Investment Officer and Head of Municipal Strategies for Invesco Fixed Income. In this capacity, he is responsible for the oversight and implementation of all municipal bond strategies. Mr. Paris entered the financial industry in 1990 and joined Invesco in 2010 when the firm combined with Van Kampen Investments. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Paris was a trader and then a portfolio manager on the municipal fixed income team at Morgan Stanley/Van Kampen, which he joined in 2002. He also was previously a trader and portfolio manager at Oppenheimer Funds, head underwriter at Chase Manhattan Bank, and a trader and underwriter at NatWest Bank. Mr. Paris earned a BBA in finance from Baruch College of the City University of New York.

Stephanie Larosiliere Stephanie Larosiliere Head of Municipal Business Strategies and Development Invesco

Stephanie Larosiliere is the Head of Municipal Business Strategies and Development for the Invesco Municipal Bond team. Ms. Larosiliere works with the fund management team, acting as its representative to clients and other intermediaries. Her responsibilities include working with sales staff and clients to provide insight into the municipal fixed income market and the investment strategies utilized by the team. She is also responsible for ongoing product development and marketing for the municipal bond products.

Ms. Larosiliere joined Invesco in 2011 as a senior product manager supporting the municipal and convertible businesses. Prior to joining Invesco, Ms. Larosiliere served as a vice president of the Goldman Sachs Asset Management fixed income product management team, where she was responsible for portfolio analysis, product development, client retention, and marketing. Before joining Goldman Sachs in 2008, she worked as an institutional product management associate for Brown Brothers Harriman. She began her career in the industry in 2003 as a risk management analyst with JPMorgan Chase, where she was responsible for performing daily value at risk analysis and monthly stress risk tests on the bank’s credit portfolio.

Ms. Larosiliere earned a BBA degree in finance and investments from Baruch College — The City University of New York (CUNY).
