Sara Mehle works as an Index Research Strategist within Nasdaq Investment Intelligence, supporting new and existing index products through original content creation, including published research, Nasdaq TradeTalks, and webinars. Before joining the Index Research team in February 2022, Sara served as an Asset Management Research Senior Analyst on the Nasdaq Dorsey Wright team starting in 2013, specializing in technical analysis research focusing on Point & Figure charting and Relative Strength investing.

Sara graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2010.

Blake Lemons, CFA Blake Lemons, CFA Director, Investment Product Fidelity Investments

Blake Lemons is director in the Investment Product group at Fidelity Investments. Fidelity Investments is a leading provider of investment management, retirement planning, portfolio guidance, brokerage, benefits outsourcing, and other financial products and services to institutions, financial intermediaries, and individuals.

In this role, Mr. Lemons is responsible for product development, management, strategy, and advocacy of Fidelity’s passive equity offering. In this role, he partners closely with investment teams to articulate product design, investment approaches and positioning across a range of strategies.

Prior to assuming his current position, Mr. Lemons worked within the Investment Product and Portfolio Analytics team providing in-depth market research, investment analytics, and performance & risk reports with respect to Fidelity Model Portfolios. Previously, Mr. Lemons was an Investment Relationship Manager responsible for driving investment sales across a territory of Registered Investment Advisors and Bank Trusts within the US. He has been in the financial industry since 2015.

Mr. Lemons earned his bachelor’s degree in International Business and Spanish from the University of Texas at Arlington. He is also a CFA® charterholder.
