Christopher Zook is the Chairman and Chief Investment Officer of CAZ Investments and has more than 25 years of experience investing in both traditional and alternative asset classes. He is a regular contributor to major media outlets, including CNBC, Fox Business and Bloomberg. Christopher is also actively involved in public policy and frequently serves as a resource to state and local officials. He was most recently tasked by the Lt. Governor to help find a solution to Houston’s pension crisis and spearheaded efforts that resulted in the most sweeping public pension reform of the last 40 years. Prior to starting CAZ Investments in 2001, he served in senior leadership positions with Oppenheimer, Prudential Securities, Lehman Brothers and Paine Webber. Christopher is also a life-long Houstonian and a graduate of Texas Tech University, where he was honored as a Distinguished Alumni. |

Matt Lindholm, CAIA, serves as Director of Investment Management, with a focus on portfolio management of both traditional and alternative investments. He also serves on the firm’s Executive Committee. Matt has over 10 years investment management experience, including significant experience in derivatives, options, futures, commodities, swaps and hedge funds. Most recently he co-founded Absolute Private Wealth Management LLC, where he served as Co-Portfolio Manager to the Quantitative Managed Futures Strategy Fund, a registered 1940 Act mutual fund. Matt graduated Cum Laude from Texas A&M University’s Mays Business School Honors Program with a BBA in Finance and a Certificate in International Business. |

Clark Edlund serves as Senior Vice President of Investment Strategies. He is responsible for sourcing and evaluating investment themes as well as monitoring of existing investments. Clark also facilitates the ability of outside investors, including family offices, registered investment advisors, and institutions, to co-invest with the firm and our principals. He also serves on the firm’s Investment Committee. Clark has over a decade of investment specific industry experience, including asset management, business development and client relations. He most recently served as Senior Investment Advisor and Portfolio Manager to a boutique healthcare focused private equity manager. Prior to that, Clark served as Managing Partner and Co-Portfolio Manager to a NASDAQ traded mutual fund. Clark graduated from Texas A&M University with a B.S. in Economics and minor in Business Administration. He also became a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) in 2012 and currently belongs to multiple professional organizations including CAIA and the Texas Hedge Fund Association. |
