Rama Kaza is a Vice President in CIM’s Portfolio Oversight group and covers CIM’s Opportunity Zone strategy. He works closely with wire houses, financial advisors, family offices, and other private wealth channels to identify tax efficient investment solutions for their clients through CIM’s Opportunity Zone strategy.

Mr. Kaza is also responsible for the portfolio construction and coordination among internal teams to source, underwrite, close and execute new investment opportunities.

Mr. Kaza joined CIM in 2019 and has over 15 years of professional experience in commercial real estate investment and finance in Asia, Africa and the United States.

Mr. Kaza earned a Master of Science degree in Real Estate Development from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
