Adam has been with Schwab since 2005 and was a Business Development Officer for 13 years before assuming his current role at the firm. In his role as the Managing Director for Advisor Services Enterprise Business Development, he drives new opportunities with critical Enterprise business relationships. Adam’s goal is to strengthen these relationships by identifying growth trends, uncovering opportunities that fit their business model and strategic planning. He works closely with Advisor Services BDO’s to identify the right opportunities to bring to the Enterprise channel.

Scott leads a team of dedicated Business Consultants who help guide advisors on their business strategy for launching an independent RIA firm. Through in-depth, one-on-one consulting, the Business Start Up consultants assist advisors with firm design, business planning, marketing and communications, third-party provider introductions, and launch execution.

Scott has 25 years of experience in financial services, starting his career as a municipal bond specialist. For 14 years at Ameriprise Financial, he held a variety of leadership roles in practice management, advisor recruitment and transitions. Most recently, he served as the Franchise Field Vice president for New Jersey and Pennsylvania, where he managed a territory of 300+ advisors. He holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Ithaca College. He holds Series 7, 63, 65, and 24 licenses.

Andrew oversees strategic business reviews, coordinates corporate development opportunities, and assists with the onboarding and expansion of large U.S.-based RIAs. He also manages the firm’s Breakaway Advisor and Existing RIA sales channels and end-client sales through Dynasty Connect.

Andrew’s career in the wealth management industry spans over thirty years. Over these three decades, he has worked as an Equity Research Analyst, Investment Advisor, and Branch Manager. The crowning achievement of Andrew’s career is his founding role and leadership as the President and CEO of Richardson Wealth (formerly GMP Private Client and Richardson GMP) from 2004 until he retired from the firm in 2021. Under his leadership, Richardson Wealth became a top independent wealth firm in Canada and expanded to more than 160 teams, managing over $30 billion before going public in 2020.

Brandon leads client engagements, thought leadership, and research. He is tasked with bringing insight, creativity, and analytical know-how to collaborate with and help our clients reach new heights.
