Jeffrey heads equity investments at Silverstein Properties. In this role, he directs several different businesses with assets across the United States and identifies new investment opportunities. The firm currently invests in both GP and LP positions across the United States through single asset joint ventures and opportunistic diversified funds.
He is also an independent director and chair of the audit committee for three funds at Fundrise, an online investment management platform with almost two million unique investors. In this capacity he is responsible for the governance and oversight of Fundrise's three primary investment vehicles that offer access to institutional investments in venture capital, real estate private credit, and real estate private equity.
Earlier in his career, he started Better Building, a design and installation company that provides technology solutions for commercial buildings in the New York metropolitan region.
Jeffrey holds a bachelor's degree in finance and political science from the College of William & Mary and a master's degree in business administration from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Justin Evans is a 1st Vice President, Portfolio Oversight, where he serves as Co-Portfolio Oversight of the Opportunity Zone strategy and also oversees the asset management and liquidation efforts across CIM's Opportunistic Real Estate strategy.
Prior to his current position, he served as a Vice President in CIM's Real Estate Investment group, covering Southern California. Prior to joining CIM in 2016, Mr. Evans worked in mergers and acquisitions at Moelis & Company.

Steve Glickman is one of the nation's foremost authorities on the Opportunity Zones (OZ) program — a tax incentive he helped conceive, draft, and champion into federal law as Co-Founder and CEO of the Economic Innovation Group between 2013-2018. Widely known as the "Godfather of Opportunity Zones," Steve is now the founder of Develop Advisors, the first independent advisory firm dedicated exclusively to Opportunity Zone Funds, and he has spent nearly 15 years shaping how public and private capital can be directed into America's most underinvested communities, and advising the fund managers and developers putting the program to work.
Steve also serves on the Board of Arctaris Impact Investors, a national Opportunity Zones investment firm, and has previously advised some of the largest Opportunity Zones fund managers in the country, including CIM Group, EJF Capital, Revolution, and Somera Road, and he was previously Entrepreneur-in-Residence at CohnReznick, a top-tier, national accounting and consulting firm. Steve was a longtime Adjunct Assistant Professor at Georgetown University, and he is the co-author of The Guide to Making Opportunity Zones Work, the definitive practitioner reference on OZ fund structuring and execution.
He is also Co-Founder of Statt, a venture-backed AI SaaS platform for public policy, regulatory, government relations, and public affairs professionals.
Earlier in his career, Steve received multiple presidential appointments in the Obama Administration, including Director of International Economics for the National Security Council and National Economic Council in the White House, Chief of Staff for the U.S. and Foreign Commercial Service at the U.S. Department of Commerce, and Deputy Associate Counsel to the President. Before entering public service, he practiced law as an investigative attorney — including as Majority Counsel to the U.S. House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, where he led congressional hearings on the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan and on the use of performance-enhancing drugs in Major League Baseball; as an Honors Program Attorney in the Justice Department's Criminal Division and Special Assistant U.S. Attorney in the District of Columbia; and as an associate at O'Melveny & Myers.
Steve received his B.A. and M.A., magna cum laude, from Georgetown University, his J.D. from Columbia Law School, and his LL.M. in public international law, with highest honors, from the London School of Economics. Chris A. Milner is currently a Senior Managing Director at Cantor Fitzgerald, the Chief Investment Officer of Real Assets at Cantor Fitzgerald Asset Management, Senior Managing Director and President of CFAM Holdings, LLC, and a member of the Investment Committee for Cantor's OZ Funds. Mr. Milner joined Cantor Fitzgerald in 2013 and is responsible for portfolio management across all CFAM's real assets, including infrastructure, data centers, real estate and real estate development. During Mr. Milner's tenure, CFAM has raised and deployed over $5.0 billion in real assets, including $1.2 billion in opportunity zone investments in 15 markets across the U.S.
Prior to joining Cantor, Mr. Milner spent 14 years at BlackRock, where he was Co-founder and Global Head of the firm's commercial real estate debt business and a member of BlackRock's Leadership Committee, Real Estate Executive Committee and Global Real Estate Investment Committee. Prior to joining BlackRock in 1997, Mr. Milner was responsible for the origination, underwriting and securitization of all commercial mortgage conduit production at PNC. He was also a member of the PNC M&A team that led the acquisitions of BlackRock and Midland Loan Services in 1995 and 1998, respectively.
Over his 36-year career, Mr. Milner has completed more than 1,000 infrastructure and real estate debt, equity and capital markets transactions across North America, Europe and Asia, representing an aggregate value of more than $45 billion, including raising over $16.5 billion of investor capital. Mr. Milner earned an MBA in Finance, with a concentration in Real Asset Finance from Indiana University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from DePauw University.

Sean Morris is the Head of Private Wealth at Landmark Properties, leading the firm's growth and distribution of investment solutions within wealth management channels. With more than 30 years of experience in business development, he is responsible for expanding Landmark's strategic relationships as well as launching innovative solutions for family offices, high net worth investors, and their advisors.
Previously, Sean served as an Executive Director at PGIM, where during his tenure he helped launch and raise capital for various real estate, digital infrastructure, and private credit funds through all financial intermediary channels. Prior to that, he was the National Sales Director at CIM Group, where he led private wealth distribution of the non-traded REIT platform, Opportunity Zone Fund, and real estate credit strategy.

Jag Singh is a 1st Vice President in the Strategy Specialist Group at CIM Group. He is responsible for leading business development, marketing, and product strategy of the firm's real estate platform.
Mr. Singh brings over 17 years of experience in developing and marketing private and public real asset strategies across diverse investor channels and global regions. Prior to joining CIM, he served as a Senior Product Strategist at Donahue Douglas Investment Group, where he led business development, fundraising, and product strategy for the firm's private real estate platform. His work included the launch of new initiatives focused on office conversions and emerging developer capabilities. He has also held roles as a Senior Product Specialist at Macquarie and The Carlyle Group, where he was responsible for investment strategy and product management across public and private real asset offerings, respectively. Earlier in his career, he served as an Alternatives Product Specialist at Credit Suisse and a Portfolio Analyst at Metropolitan Real Estate.
Mr. Singh earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics from the NYU Stern School of Business. He is also a CAIA charter holder.
