JoAnne Bianco is a Partner and Investment Strategist at BondBloxx, where she focuses on representing ETF strategies to clients and driving distribution efforts. Previously, JoAnne was at PPM America for 30 years as a Senior Portfolio Manager, Director of Corporate Bond Research, and Senior Analyst for high yield, investment grade and crossover portfolios. Prior to that, JoAnne was a Debt Rating Analyst for S&P Corporation, after starting her career at Chemical Banking Corporation as a Senior Credit Analyst/Department Head and Account Officer in a middle market commercial lending unit specializing in highly leveraged transactions.
JoAnne is a CFA® charterholder. She graduated from Marquette University with a B.S. in Business Administration and Finance and holds a M.B.A. from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management.

Albert Chu is a Portfolio Manager at Man GLG, focusing on natural resource strategies.
He joined Man Group in 2023 from BNY Mellon, where he was the lead portfolio manager covering natural resources. Prior to this, he held investment and portfolio management roles focused on natural resources equities and futures at various investment firms, including Citadel LLC and SAC Capital.
Albert holds a BA from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Cornell University.

JD founded Aptus in 2013 to attack the behavior gap. A pioneer in options-based ETFs, he spent time at UBS, Morgan Stanley, and as a research analyst before starting Aptus. With experience in developing systematic strategies, he saw the opportunity to bring institutional-style solutions to advisors through the efficiencies found in the ETF structure.
He holds an undergrad degree in Finance and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Wright State University. He holds both the CFA® Charter and Chartered Market Technician (CMT) designations, and lives in Fairhope, AL with his wife Mallory and their 4 kids (JJ, Luke, Mims, & Silas).

Scott joined Global X in 2022. He is responsible for delivering actionable insights and innovative investment strategies to clients, researching trends at the intersection of accelerating technological, demographic, and environmental change. Previously, Scott was responsible for building out the ProShares line-up of thematic ETFs. Prior to that, he served as Head of Thematic Portfolios and Co-Head of Market Research and Strategy at Morgan Stanley, launching the firm’s thematic research and portfolios, while managing a team that developed global multi-asset investment advice. Scott also held prior roles at BNY Mellon, Credit Suisse First Boston, and the Federal Reserve Board of Governors. His work has appeared in numerous media outlets including Barron’s, Bloomberg, and Foreign Affairs. Scott is the co-chair of the Business and Security Roundtable at Fordham University’s Center for National Security and is a Fellow at the Center for Cyber and Homeland Security at Auburn University. He served as an Assistant Professor of Social Science at the U.S. Military Academy and the Director of Research at West Point’s Combating Terrorism Center, working across 60 government offices. He is also a member of the Economic Club of New York and was a Term/Corporate Member in the Council on Foreign Relations. Scott holds a Joint Doctorate in Public Policy and Political Science from the University of Michigan, an MA in War Studies from King’s College (London), and a BBA in Finance from The George Washington University.

Joshua Scoville is Head of Global Research and is a member of Hines’ Investment Committee. He heads Hines’ proprietary research group which identifies how market forces, including macroeconomics, commercial real estate fundamentals and capital markets influence investments and returns. Prior to joining the firm, Joshua served as Director of U.S. Research for the market leader in analyzing and forecasting commercial real estate markets in North America and Europe. He was responsible for managing their research platform and participating in broader initiatives including quarterly forecasting, market analysis, thought leadership and product development.
Joshua received a BA magna cum laude in Economics and Business Management from Boston College and is a CFA® charterholder.

Andrzej is Head of U.S. Fixed Income on the BlueBay Fixed Income team at RBC Global Asset Management (U.S.) Inc. and is based in the U.S. He assumed this role in 2013, when he moved to the U.S. from London to oversee the buildout of global investment grade capability. This followed a period from 2009, where he was a portfolio manager responsible for corporate investments within BlueBay's Investment Grade strategies. Prior to joining the organization in 2005 as a credit analyst, Andrzej had worked for an investment bank as a credit analyst covering European investment grade issues in the telecom, media, and utility sectors. He started his career in the investment industry in 2001. Andrzej holds a Bachelor of Science (Honors) in Management and International Business Economics from the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology. He is also a CFA® charterholder.
