Summary:

Now On Demand

At the most recent Fed meeting, the central bank signaled an impending first rate cut, possibly as soon as September.

In this webcast, Nuveen will explore why preferred securities are particularly attractive in the current market. With tax-advantaged income potential, lower interest rate sensitivity via active management, and enhanced diversification opportunities, preferred securities offer compelling value in today’s fixed income landscape.
