David Rosenberg David Rosenberg Managing Director and Co-Portfolio Manager Oaktree Capital Management

Mr. Rosenberg serves as a co-portfolio manager of Oaktree’s U.S. High Yield Bond, Global High Yield Bond and Global Credit strategies. He joined Oaktree in 2004 following graduation from the University of Southern California with an M.B.A. in business administration. Before attending graduate school, Mr. Rosenberg served as an associate in the Franchise Systems Finance Group at J.P. Morgan. Mr. Rosenberg also holds an M.P.A. in professional accounting with a concentration in finance and a B.A. degree in business administration from the University of Texas at Austin. He is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).

Danielle Poli, CAIA Danielle Poli, CAIA Managing Director and Co-Portfolio Manager Oaktree Capital Management

Ms. Poli is a managing director and co-portfolio manager of a product within the Global Credit strategy. Since joining Oaktree in 2014, Ms. Poli has led the expansion of the firm’s multi-asset credit offerings, including its flagship Global Credit strategy for which she is a senior specialist and member of the Investment Committee. In addition, Ms. Poli oversees Oaktree’s product management activities globally across Credit, Private Equity, Real Assets and Listed Equities, in her role as Head of the Product Specialist Group. Prior to joining Oaktree, Ms. Poli earned her M.B.A. at the UCLA Anderson School of Management, where she was the recipient of the Laurence and Lori Fink Investment Management Fellowship and an intern at Oaktree in 2013. Prior experience includes four years at PAAMCO KKR Prisma (formerly PAAMCO) where Ms. Poli helped manage hedge fund portfolios for institutional clients. Ms. Poli holds a B.S. degree in business administration from the University of Southern California and is a CAIA charterholder.

Wayne Dahl Wayne Dahl Managing Director and Co-Portfolio Manager Oaktree Capital Management

Mr. Dahl is a managing director and Oaktree’s Investment Risk Officer. He also serves as a member of the portfolio management team for the Global Credit strategy and a founding member of its investment committee. Mr. Dahl joined Oaktree in 2016 from Prosiris Capital Management in New York, where he was the Chief Risk Officer. Prior thereto, Mr. Dahl was Head of Risk Management for Canyon Capital Advisors in Los Angeles for nine years where he developed, implemented and managed the firm’s risk measurement and reporting systems across all investment strategies. Mr. Dahl began his career at Rumson Capital in quantitative research and development focused on the convertible arbitrage strategy. He received his B.A. degree in economics with a minor in mathematics from Brigham Young University and his Master of Science in Mathematics in Finance degree from New York University’s Courant Institute of Mathematical Science.

Vanessa Welsh, CAIA Vanessa Welsh, CAIA Vice President and Credit Product Specialist Oaktree Capital Management

Ms. Welsh is a vice president and product specialist focused on Oaktree’s multi-asset credit platform, including its flagship Global Credit strategy. She is responsible for various aspects of product marketing, investor relations and product development. Ms. Welsh joined Oaktree in 2018 from PAAMCO Prisma (formerly PAAMCO), where she helped manage hedge fund portfolios for institutional clients. Ms. Welsh holds a B.A. degree in economics and psychology with distinction from the University of Virginia, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. She then went on to receive an M.S. degree in commerce with a concentration in marketing and management from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce. Ms. Welsh is a CAIA charterholder and is proficient in Italian.

Steve DiMaio Steve DiMaio Managing Director, RIA Channel Brookfield Oaktree Wealth Solutions

Steve is a Managing Director in Brookfield Oaktree Wealth Solutions, responsible for Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) channel distribution.

Mr. DiMaio joined Brookfield Oaktree Wealth Solutions in 2022 with 32 years of financial service industry experience. Prior to joining he spent 18 years at DWS investments where he held several roles, most recently serving as head of the RIA channel. Steve spent the first 12 years of his career at Colonial Funds (now Columbia Threadneedle) where he rose to the level of Senior Vice President and Head of Independent National Accounts.

Steve holds his Series 6, 7, 26, 24 and 63 licenses as well as his CAIA certification. He has a B.S. in management from Rhode Island College and studied organizational leadership at Northeastern University. He is also a graduate of the SIFMA/Wharton executive leadership program.
