Explore two key investment ideas aimed to differentiate your practice. Michael Venuto, portfolio manager, BLOK, will help equip you in this ever-changing world of blockchain. Learn how metaverse, crypto, and NFTs fit into blockchain investing and how you can help clients access this growing industry.

Additionally, while many are exploring what the metaverse is all about, the search for income is a major headline in the real world. With inflationary pressures, interest rates rising and fixed income disappointing, advisors are hard pressed to find viable solutions for their clients. Kevin Simpson, portfolio manager, DIVO, will cover macro drivers and how a time-tested strategy that seeks to provide high-quality income potential through a covered call strategy may help investors. Join Christian Magoon, Michael Venuto and Kevin Simpson as they tackle these two investment ideas for today’s savvy advisors.

Carefully consider the Funds’ investment objectives, risk factors, charges, and expenses before investing. This and additional information can be found in the Funds’ statutory and summary prospectus, which may be obtained by calling 855-267-3837, or by visiting AmplifyETFs.com. Read the prospectus carefully before investing. Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal. Shares of any ETF are bought and sold at market price (not NAV), may trade at a discount or premium to NAV and are not individually redeemed from the Fund. Brokerage commissions will reduce returns. BLOK: Narrowly focused investments typically exhibit higher volatility. A portfolio concentrated in a single industry, such as companies actively engaged in blockchain technology or battery technology, makes it vulnerable to factors affecting the companies. The Funds may face more risks than if it were diversified broadly over numerous industries or sectors. Blockchain technology may never develop optimized transactional processes that lead to realized economic returns for any company in which the Fund invests. The Fund will invest at least 80% of the Fund’s net assets in equity securities of companies actively involved in the development and utilization of blockchain technologies. DIVO: Covered call risk is the risk that the Fund will forgo, during the option’s life, the opportunity to profit from increases in the market value of the security covering the call option above the sum of the premium and the strike price of the call, but has retained the risk of loss should the price of the underlying security decline. The Fund may invest in mid-capitalization companies. This may cause the Fund to be more vulnerable to adverse general market or economic developments because such securities may be less liquid and subject to greater price volatility than those of larger, more established companies. Because the Fund is non-diversified and can invest a greater portion of its assets in securities of individual issuers than a diversified fund, changes in the market value of a single investment could cause greater fluctuations in Share price than would occur in a diversified fund.
