In this Webcast, Citi will provide an overview of what structured products are, how they are created, and how they fit into portfolios. Additionally, Citi will discuss current trends and products in the structured investment industry as the market turns to more protective and bearish structures. SIMON will then focus on the rise and importance of technology platforms for the structured investments business – how platforms have amplified education, access, order entry, and lifecycle management of the asset class. Lee Glicklich is an Assistant Vice President in the Solutions for Financial Intermediaries group at Citigroup Global Markets Inc. Prior to joining Citi, Lee spent 4 years at Credit Suisse on their structured investments team. Lee has experience covering most all structured investment and over-the-counter (OTC) derivative distribution channels: Private Banks, Onshore/Offshore Reg-S clients, Broker Dealers, and RIAs. Currently, Lee is focused on growing RIA adoption of structured investments by highlighting all types of alternative solutions from market linked notes and structured CDs to hybrid products and hedging & monetarization solutions. Lee is a graduate of Tufts University where he holds a B.A. in Economics. |

Jillian Altamura is a Managing Director and the Head of Platform Partnerships for iCapital Solutions at iCapital. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing the company’s enterprise partnerships to maximize iCapital’s reach and potential. Jillian currently oversees three core verticals: (1) product line expansion, (2) international expansion, and (3) client/partner expansion. Previously, Jillian served as Head of Growth at SIMON Markets LLC, a financial technology company acquired by iCapital, Inc. in August 2022. At SIMON, her responsibilities included leading new business development and, before that, running the company’s Structured Investments business.Jillian began working with SIMON at the time of the platform’s beta launch in 2014 and continued focused on working with SIMON through its subsequent spinoff from Goldman Sachs in 2018. She joined Goldman Sachs in 2011 and most recently served as Vice President, responsible for the distribution of structured investments to financial advisors, as well as for the structuring, hedging, and monetization of these solutions to the firm’s high net worth investors. Jillian earned a BA in Mathematics and Economics from Northwestern University. She is a designated supervisory principal of SIMON from iCapital and holds FINRA Series 7, 63, and 24 securities registrations. |
