Sriram Reddy is a Managing Director and Head of Client Portfolio Management within Discretionary at Man Group. He is responsible for product strategy, investor engagement, and client communications across Discretionary investment strategies covering equities, public credit and private credit. Sriram is also a member of the Discretionary management team. Prior to joining Man Group in 2022, Sriram was a Credit Investment Director at Schroders. Before that, Sriram spent more than 12 years at BlackRock across multiple roles including as an Investment Strategist within the BlackRock Investment Institute and as a Senior Product Strategist within the global fixed income platform. Sriram holds a BA in Economics from Johns Hopkins University.

Kristina Hooper is the Chief Market Strategist at Man Group, a global alternative investment manager. In this role, she provides views and insights on the economy and markets. She was featured on the cover of the January 2015 issue of Kiplinger’s magazine, and appears regularly on CNBC, Bloomberg TV, Yahoo Finance and Reuters TV. She has also been a mainstage speaker at numerous national and regional conferences. She is regularly quoted in The Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, The New York Times, Reuters and other financial news publications. Prior to joining Man Group in 2025, Kristina served as the Chief Global Market Strategist at Invesco and previously worked at Allianz Global Investors. She earned a BA degree, cum laude, from Wellesley College; a JD from Pace University School of Law, where she was a Trustees’ Merit Scholar; an MBA in finance from New York University Stern School of Business, where she was a teaching fellow in macroeconomics and organisational behaviour; and a master’s degree from the Cornell University School of Industrial and Labor Relations, where she focused on labour economics.

Gregory (Greg) Bond is CEO of Man Numeric, Head of the Americas for Man Group, and lead portfolio manager for Man Group’s flagship multi-strategy fund. He also serves on the Man Group Executive Committee and the Man Numeric Investment Committee. Previously, Greg was director of research at Man Numeric, responsible for research initiatives, including the day-to-day management of Man Numeric’s strategic alpha research team. Before becoming director of research, he was a portfolio manager for various hedge fund strategies at Numeric as well as being co-head of its hedge fund group, having joined in 2003. Greg holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and in biology from Yale University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School.

Matt is a senior portfolio manager at Man Group, and part of the team responsible for the investment management and strategy development of multi-strategy portfolios. He has a particular focus on leading portfolio overlay strategies. Prior to joining Man Group in 2025, Matt was Head of Portfolio Management and Cross-Asset Strategies at Nomura Capital Management, where he served as Senior Portfolio Manager for a private credit interval fund and managed custom volatility overlays. Before that, Matt was Chief Investment Officer at Headwaters Solutions, where he was managing portfolio overlay strategies for institutional investors and was awarded “Global Overlay Manager of the Year” by EQ Derivatives. Matt has over 25 years of global multi-strategy portfolio and risk management experience. He holds a BA in History from Wittenberg University.

Adi Mackic is a Senior Client Portfolio Manager at Man AHL with principal responsibility for investor engagement, new product development, and communication of Man AHL’s strategies to clients. Prior to joining Man AHL in 2015, he worked at IMC Asset Management where he was responsible for sales and marketing of systematic macro and credit hedge funds. Adi holds an MSc in Finance and Investments and a BSc in International Business Administration from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.
