Mr. Eliasek has served as a portfolio manager of the Fund since its inception. Mr. Eliasek currently serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of our Adviser, as a Managing Director of our Administrator, as President, Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of PSEC, as President and Chief Operating Officer of Prospect Flexible Income Management, LLC and Chairman of the Board of Trustees, Chief Executive Officer and President of PFLOAT. He also serves on the Board of Trustees for PSEC and leads each of Prospect Capital Management’s investment committees in the origination, selection, monitoring and portfolio management of investments. Prior to joining Prospect Capital Management in 2004, Mr. Eliasek served as a Managing Director with Prospect Street Ventures, an investment management firm which, together with its predecessors, invested in various investment strategies through publicly traded closed-end funds and private limited partnerships. Prior to joining Prospect Street Ventures, Mr. Eliasek served as a consultant with Bain & Company, a global strategy consulting firm. Mr. Eliasek received his MBA from Harvard Business School and his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering with Highest Distinction from the University of Virginia, where he was a Jefferson Scholar and a Rodman Scholar.

Colin McGinnis is a Managing Director and has been in the finance industry since 2005. He is responsible for originating, executing and managing investments in a variety of industries, including the firm's investments in CLOs. Prior to joining Prospect, from 2011 to 2012, Colin worked at Credit Suisse, where he originated and executed leveraged finance, IPO and M&A transactions. From 2005 to 2009, he worked at Barclays Capital, where he underwrote, invested in and restructured CDO and CLO and leveraged finance transactions. Colin received his BS, magna cum laude and his MBA with honors from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He also holds the CFA designation.

Jonathan Tepper is a Managing Director of our Adviser with more than 28 years of finance industry experience. Mr. Tepper is responsible for management of the Prospect Floating Rate and Alternative Income Fund, Inc., which includes raising capital, interfacing with investors, RIAs, and broker/dealers, reviewing documentation, and portfolio review. Mr. Tepper previously served as a Managing Director with Atalaya Capital Management, where he was responsible for portfolio management of the Telos CLO business. Mr. Tepper was a founder of the Telos CLO business, which was originally formed at Tricadia Capital Management, where he was responsible for credit underwriting, trading, and portfolio management. Prior to joining Tricadia in 2006, Mr. Tepper was a Vice President at Emporia Capital Management, the CLO arm of Cohen Brothers & Company. Prior to Cohen Brothers, Mr. Tepper was at PB Capital where he focused on underwriting and originating sponsored transactions. From 1998-2002 he was in BNP Paribas' Merchant Banking Group where he underwrote middle market leveraged buyouts. Mr. Tepper began his career in the Valuation Services Group at Arthur Andersen. Mr. Tepper received a BA from the University of Michigan and his MBA from Columbia Business School, where he graduated with Beta Gamma Sigma honors.

John Kneisley is a Managing Director at Prospect and sits on all of Prospect's investment committees. John joined Prospect in 2011 and is responsible for investment approval, strategic growth initiatives, and other management functions, including overseeing capital raising for Prospect Capital Corporation. Prior to joining Prospect, John was a senior member of the private investment group at Silver Point Capital, a credit-oriented hedge fund, and a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs. John received his BA summa cum laude from DePauw University, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.

Mr. Soffer has served as a portfolio manager of the Fund since its inception. Mr. Soffer is a Principal of our Adviser and has been in the finance industry since 2004. He is responsible for originating, executing, and managing investments in CLOs and CMBS. From 2018 to 2021, Mr. Soffer was a co-founder and portfolio manager of 1L Investments, a securitized products hedge fund. From 2011 to 2016, he was co-founder and co-chief investment officer of Rion Capital, a fixed income relative value hedge fund specializing in securitized products. Mr. Soffer also held positions in trading and portfolio management at Level Global Investors, UBS AG and AVM LP. He began his career at Merrill Lynch Investment Management. Mr. Soffer received his BA from the University of Pennsylvania.

Joseph Ryu is a Managing Director on PCM’s investment team and has been in finance and real estate since 2001. He is responsible for originating, executing, and managing investments across Prospect’s real estate platform. Prior to joining PCM, Joseph was a Principal at Ares Management, where he worked in the Real Estate Debt group since 2013, and was responsible for originating investments across Ares’ Core, Core-plus and Value-Add credit strategies.  Joseph was also responsible for capital markets execution and fundraising for Ares’ real estate funds.  Before joining Ares, Joseph was a Director in the Investment Banking group at Duff & Phelps Securities where he worked between 2003-2011. Joseph received his BA from Tufts University and his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
